I ordered a replacement remote, I couldn't get it to pair with bed. So I contacted Salt Lake City Adjustable Beds and got the problem resolved! They were exceptional to work with. I definitely recommend them.

They provided excellent assistance in making sure we got the correct part and had all the pieces we needed to make the bed functional after its "brains" had a meltdown. Assistance with my questions was prompt and the prices were far better than all the other places I looked, (and I really did an exhaustive search on-line before purchasing). The part was even received sooner than expected, allowing us to get the bed working again quickly which is so very important due to the mobility issues mother has. The package included very clear step by step instructions for syncing our existing remote to the new "Brain " module. I needed a replacement remote for a Tempurpedic adjustable base, and SLC Adjustable Beds/Bed Remotes were so great to work with! They pointed me to the correct replacement to order, and it was shipped almost immediately after I ordered. A couple weeks later, we changed our plans and didn't go with the adjustable base. I reached out to this company to see if they would allow me to return. Matt responded immediately and said it would not be a problem.
