This is Dinorah I had a wonderful experience with one of the owners of this company Matt Downs , he went above and beyond to help me to get the remote for my bed working. He waited on the phone until I was able to get the remote connected the way he instructed me to. His instructions were so clear that I had it fixed in 5 minutes. It would be so wonderful if everyone could be as helpful as Matt was for me. Will use this company anytime I need a new remote.

Bradley's is awesome! I've purchased my adjustable split level king bed from them as well as other rustic decor. They're a fantastic solution for rustic decor in salt lake valley, definitely my favorite!

Everyone at Bradley furniture was great!! After a 5 month remodel from hell and very bad customer service from so many places it was nice to be treated with great service. We had a custom table made. They told us it would be 12-14 weeks and it arrived 7 weeks early. I was thrilled! They also made it happen to get it delivered so I could have it for Easter. The delivery guys called to tell me they were 16 minutes out. Awesome service!! Great products! I love this table. Thank you so much!!

I've never been to this store. But I ordered a part for my bed online and the owner has been so helpful that I would love to visit their store one day. This kind of customer service is what made America great and sadly is a dying trait.
