Salt Lake City Mattress goes beyond what’s expected when it comes to customer satisfaction. For example, I ordered a control unit for a Sealy bed. When I looked up the USPS tracking number, the unit didn’t seem like it was going anywhere — fast!! It appeared lost! I wrote to Matt to advise, and he didn’t want to chance that I might be disappointed so he took the initiative to ship another without being asked. His only request was for me to return a unit (at no cost to me!) should they both arrive. Matt included a return label with the second unit. As things go, today I received the second unit shipped. The first is somewhere between Springfield, MA and my home address, but unaccounted for. I want to thank Matt for being so customer focused. If I have another similar purchase, I’ll be sure to order from Salt Lake Mattress. Thank you Matt!

I ordered a new remote for the Serta bed my Dad used while he was alive. I wanted to give the bed to his caregiver for her mother and the rubber band held together one Dad used wasn't going to cut it. I received the new one yet couldn't figure out how to synch it with the bed frame. After trying to figure it out on my own, youtubing it etc. I called the company who asked me to text, which I did, explaining my predicament and Matt sent me a video almost immediately on how to accomplish this. So gracious, such a quick response, I was moved by my customer experience with this man and this company.

These guys are awesome! I ordered my replacement remote for my bed frame from them because I was able to text them a picture of the old remote. I couldn’t find one that looked like the one I had and they matched it up for me. They expedited the shipping even though I only paid for the ground. It was here in no time. I had trouble getting the remote to pair so I called them and they made sure I had the right remote and then we tried it one more time. They were so patient and fast! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Matt was so helpful and kind, he was able to assist us with synchronizing our remotes to two separate bed bases. We'd done a ton of research and couldn't figure it out. He took time out of his day to assist, it is greatly appreciated!

Our Sealy remote died and I wasn't sure what to do. I googled adjustable bed remote and came to this site to search for my exact replacement. Website is very well laid out and clearly identified via pictures - "if your remote looks like this, then you need this". Simple, so I ordered it. The remote arrived a day ahead of schedule. I opened the box, followed the instructions and had my new functioning remote ready to go in 5 minutes. The instructions are clear and concise. The whole process was beyond simple. I highly recommend these guys.
