I recently bought couches and coffee tables from this business, expecting them to be delivered next week. However, it took them two weeks to deliver the couches, and the coffee tables were taking even longer. Despite my repeated calls, they kept promising me that the coffee tables would be delivered next week. One day, I decided to check on the status of the coffee tables. To my surprise, the customer service who was supposed help me locate them rudely told me that I could get my money back for the coffee tables. He claimed that they couldn’t find the order in the system. Finally, after a month of waiting, they delivered the coffee tables. However, when they tried to assemble them, I noticed that they weren’t put together securely. The glass part of the coffee table didn’t attach properly to the metal. I tried telling them that it wasn’t looking good, but they just shrugged it off and said that I could glue it together. Overall, this customer service experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

My cousin took me to this store. I got a good deal on affordable queen size mattress set. The sale person was great. Excellent delivery service there fast.

The delivery is fast and they assemble for no additional charge! The amount of effort that they go throw to help us get what we need and make sure to answer all our question really puts a different standard for costumer services!
