Frankie is awesome. My engine blew and we got a used engine for him to put in. He did a great job. He does great pricing. Frankie was referred to me and I am so happy that he was. He truly takes pride in his work, wants to do a good job, not scam people for money while doing it. He even tried to save me money on a transmission line (we had to purchase a new one) but he looked out for me and took care of me by providing great auto service with ideal pricing. Would return to him in a heart beat and would also recommend him to family and friends.

Excellent, honest repair service for my 1997 GE gas dryer when the motor died. Diagnosed and fixed in 2 days. Explained everything before and during repair. Very reasonable price and now my old sturdy dryer is working perfectly, quietly and more efficiently. Very happy with the entire process. Highly recommend!

Found a 4 year old video this company posted on YouTube to repair a drain pump. Ordered directly from their location expressed delivery and got my part in 2 days. Installed the drain pump the same day and we are back in business. I watched a Lorain Furniture YouTube channel video on how to replace the drain pump on my Samsung washing machine and found it really helpful. In the video, they suggested buying the drain pump directly from Lorain, saying that the pump they're selling is better quality than the others available online. I believed them and went ahead and purchased the pump even though it was about three times more expensive than others online. When the pump arrived, I installed it and put the machine back in service. In the middle of the third load of laundry, the impeller on the new pump broke off the motor shaft. I went online and bought one of the less expensive pumps because I needed this machine in service and didn't need to wait five days for a replacement from Lorain. That pump arrived in a day and I installed it. That was a month ago and it's still functioning. After I removed the Lorain pump and took pictures of it, I called Lorain to see if they would stand behind their product. It was easy to reach a person on the phone at Lorain and he was very helpful. He immediately refunded the purchase price of the pump (although I still had to cover the shipping charge). All he asked was for me to send pictures of the pump by email.
