Morris Home Furniture and Mattress

Was looking for the perfect accent chair for my bedroom but also wanted a statement piece. When I sat in it I knew it was the perfect chair. I absolutely love this chair and how comfortable it is. I don’t even mind that it doesn’t rock or swivel. David was amazing as everyone in the store was. David David customer service was outstanding. He asked questions and listened to all my indecisive wants. Delivery was on scheduled a week or so out but I was able to take out the store today. I am a very satisfied customer.

Had a great experience as the Morris Home Furniture store on Morse Road in Columbus. Friendly and helpful staff, explaining all details of purchase, warranty options and delivery options. Provided the measurements to me. I went home to ensure the sectional would fit in my family room. I was able to call in and complete my order with the associate. They made is super easy. Delivery was on time and they took special care while in my home setting everything up and ensuring I was satisfied and the area was clean. They were in and out quickly. Great experience from the time I walked into the store to the time I sat on my couch in my home. It is perfect!

From the moment we walked in Morris Home furniture they were very helpful in being able to special order a bed. We can see at another furniture store. The delivery process was impeccable with communication and professional professionalism. Love our new bee!

We are very grateful to Garry for our purchase. He not only helped us find the furniture of our dreams, but also worked with us in a very professional way, and we received a great discount. The delivery also left a very positive impression. Our furniture arrived earlier than expected, and the whole process was extremely professional, clean, and fast. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend them.

I had the best furniture shopping experience at this Morris Home. I came in after seeing a really great close out deal on a reclining sofa online, and Ben helped me find it in store right away. He was very informative and honest about the quality of the couch, how to clean and care for it, and the delivery process. It was a super easy process! Ben also helped me pick out a matching rug, and he and his general manager, Michelle, offered me an excellent discount for the floor model. Michelle also very kindly threw in a throw blanket and a decorative pillow to congratulate me on my recent graduation. I never felt pressured to buy or be upsold; instead, the entire process was just so easy, kind, and informative. I will definitely be back for any furniture I need in the future, and I recommend shopping here and asking for Ben and/or Michelle!
