Michelle, the GM approached, and introduced herself to us, which I have never experienced before in a furniture store. Gary, our salesman, is the best! Knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile to get the information you are looking for. I highly recommend this location.

The sales people in the store were great, but the delivery service is horrible. Had to wait 2 weeks for the base to one of the beds to be available. Scheduled delivery for a few days after they said it would be in stock. Got all the delivery information, including the 3 hour window when everything would delivered. The night before, at 4:30pm, they left a voicemail that the base is still not available, so they took it off the order. By the time I got the voicemail, they were closed, so I now I had to accept partial order one day and figure out another day when I could be available at their whim to receive the bed base. So, I get up early, get everything ready for delivery, sitting here waiting. Halfway through my 3 hour delivery window, I get a text that they can’t deliver anything, because the truck broke down. Now, I have to put everything back in the rooms and do the whole process again another day and pray they can actually deliver what I purchased. I’m debating cancelling the entire order at this point. Will never buy anything at this store again.

Natacha Simeon was so amazing! I went in there to find the perfect pillow for my husband and ended up with a wealth of knowledge about mattresses! It was so much fun on top of it. Thank you Natacha!

Lack of customer service. Failure to keep delivery commitments. Stay away from this store and specifically this location. Absolute worse. Blew a $4k sale.
