the store experience was disappointing. the sales assistant came across as unfriendly and weird. he kept asking about our budget and repeatedly emphasized how luxurious and expensive the brand is, which wasn’t relevant to us. if the mattress isn’t comfortable, the “handmade in London” angle doesn’t really matter and a bit cringy tbh. we came in looking for a good mattress, not a lecture on european craftsmanship.

View on GoogleI had a really poor experience here unfortunately. Usually most mattress companies a trial period, which they didn’t. I decided to trust them and go ahead with the purchase. However after the mattress arrived it kept off gassing a smell, not sure if chemical or because it had been in storage for a long time. Used a lot of airing and air filters to see if it would help. They later sent in someone to check the mattress and the person did note down and also acknowledge the smell. However later I simply receive a response from one of their representatives that their materials are of natural materials and then never followed up with my email. Obviously really disappointing experience and unfortunately we ended up having to dispose the mattress because the smell was too strong.
