Vispring Luxury Mattress Store, New York City

I love my new Vispring mattress! It’s been four months since we purchased the mattress, divan (box spring), and topper, and my partner and I are sleeping noticeably better and more deeply. We did extensive research before deciding on Vispring, especially given the significant investment. Throughout the process, Tim proved to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful salespeople we’ve ever met. Purchasing a five-figure mattress was not an easy decision, but Tim thoroughly educated us on our options, demonstrated deep expertise in natural mattresses, and remained incredibly kind and patient as we visited the NYC showroom several times. Choosing Vispring has been a great experience. We’re grateful to Tim for guiding us through the process and to Vispring for creating such an exceptional product. Tim is officially my sleep guy. He sold me the best sleep system I’ve ever experienced, and the difference has been life-changing. What impressed me most was how patient and non-pushy he was—he took the time to really understand what I needed and explained everything in detail. His knowledge about sleep and longevity is unmatched; you can tell he lives and breathes this stuff. I’ve never felt more confident in a mattress purchase, and I’ll be referring a lot of people his way. If you care about your health and quality of sleep life, talk to Tim. Five stars, no question.

I couldn’t recommend Tom and Vispring NYC more! Tom was incredibly helpful in advising me on what mattress choice to go with. I was also looking for an option that would be delivered upon short notice. There was great in stock availability and Tom helped the purchase and delivery process happen beyond quickly. I could not recommend the store more and the product is excellent. It is not my first time purchasing from Vispring, their quality is noticeably superior and stands the test of time.
