All talk, zero accountability Scan Design Fort Myers delivered some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The pattern was consistent: say yes to everything up front, then disappear when follow-up or responsibility was required. We were repeatedly assured issues would be addressed, yet callbacks and updates never came. When we raised concerns, accountability was deflected rather than resolved. During installation, our bed frame was damaged. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened in our home, the company distanced itself from the installers they sent and declined to meaningfully address the damage. Regardless of internal arrangements, the customer experience remains the same — unresolved and frustrating. Adding to the disappointment, none of the products we purchased are proprietary or exclusive. Identical items are readily available online for significantly less, without the markup or the service issues. This experience made it clear that once payment is complete, customer care is no longer a priority. If a company is unwilling to stand behind its service and installation process, there is little reason to buy through them. My recommendation: spend A LOT OF MONEY ELSEWHERE with a business that values follow-through and accountability.

We just love the quality and selection of the unique furniture available at Scan Design. With the help of our sales consultant Michael Laut we have pretty much outfitted our entire home with Scan Design furniture and accessories. I referred to Michael as our sales consultant but he is actually an interior decorating expert. His knowledge about furniture is a great asset when as a customer you have a lot of questions. The delivery guys are always on time and they are very courteous and take good care when assembling the furniture. I'm so glad we found Michael and Scan Design and I know I will be back soon.

We bought a sideboard from ScanDesign and we are absolutely thrilled with it. The quality is exceptional and the price was right for this quality furniture piece. We had purchased a beautiful dining room table and chairs several years ago. Absolutely love the table, but the chairs were not holding up well unfortunately. When I reached out the store manager said they were no longer under warranty but that she would reach out to the regional manager to see what they could do. They ended up giving us a store credit towards new chairs which I greatly appreciated as they did not have to do this. I believe what a company does when things "go wrong" truly shows their commitment to customer service. Thank you Scan Design, I will be purchasing from you again in the future!
