Schewels Home

Cathy Evans was my Sales Associate. Cathy greeted us as soon as we entered and assisted us right away, with very high knowledge of her job. After our purchase, we returned to pick up our mattress. There was only one person, behind the desk to assist us and Cathy showed up once again to assist us. I would've given a 5 star if Schewels had a better staff. But, Cathy Evans receives 5 stars alone.

Well, I wish I could leave a good review but the salesperson did not tell us that the furniture doesn’t come assembled. We expected to pick up furniture ready to go in a home. Instead, we picked up boxes that we have no where to dispose them, we have no knobs on any furniture, no legs and no one told us! This is suppose to be a reputable furniture company but feels like I picked it up at Walmart. No apologies and no refund! I’m having to pay extra money to assemble stuff.

Kathy is so nice and shes always a big help with all of our purchases. They also have the best delivery guys .

I am very pleased with our purchase of the living room furniture and really appreciate the assistance we got from Cathy to help us make our final decision. She pointed out a lot of things that we didn't consider. Kudos Cathy

My visit with Schewels Home was very pleasant. It was a pretty long wait to get approved but it was okay because I didn't have anything else on my agenda. The salesperson was very helpful and the young lady who completed the application was very friendly and cordial. Upon arrival of the equipment, the delivery men were very professional and helpful. They were here within the time they said they would be here. However, I didn't know they could not connect the appliances, so I had to make other arrangements for that. Overall, a very good experience.
