My husband and I went in to look at some new living room furniture.. We were greeted by the most helpful and friendly people that made our purchase happen.! Absolutely stress free and our beautiful set we picked out is no longer our dream but being delivered to our home!! We highly recommend if you too have been putting off the new furniture bc of the stress of couldn’t afford it or being turned down bc of yr not so perfect credit. They go by you and what you can afford down and payments you can afford. The best people from Sales rep to Credit manager , they made it happen for us!!!! And the set is exactly what we wanted,. I spent $2,000 on a living room set and when we opened the plastic, there were stains all over all three pieces. We were moving into a new home so we did not take off the plastic immediately. When I called the store, I was told their refund policy was 5 days. Only 5 days??? She did say she would send someone out to clean it, which she did. However, he could not get all of the stains out. He said he was going to recommend some replacement covers. I then never heard anything else. I have emailed the manager twice since then and have gotten no response. When you spend that kind of money on “new” furniture, you expect it to arrive in pristine condition. I have no idea if the stains were mold or rodent urine or what. I think I will always be a little grossed out by the furniture.

Loveseat delivered with hole in it. I had specifically requested that the loveseat come in new and in plastic, it was even noted on the receipt, however, it wasn't. When offloading from the company delivery truck, I noticed a hole in the bottom edge of it. I called the local store and the manager said it wasn't a problem and ordered a new one to replace it. He was very helpful and polite. When I get the new one (they're backordered for about 4 weeks apparently), I will revise my review to reflect it. The damaged one was left with me so we have something to sit on (and it is nice, by the way, we love it), so if Schewel's customer service is as good as it has been so far, and the replacement is not defective, I will increase this rating to 5-stars. By the way, the store manager (in Reidsville) should be commended on the way he handled the situation--he was excellent to work with. Update: I have received my new loveseat and all is great! They did a great job following up and the store that handled my case what fantastic!
