The sales at Schewels Home in Burlington have been the best to work with. Majority of my electronics have come from there. I just recently purchased a Samsung front loading washer and dryer. They got me approved and had it delivered with no hassle.

Staff are always professional and friendly with us. We've always had a good experience with them.

Very professional and polite. Clean store and very courteous and willing to help you. Saw a chair I wanted but they didn't have it at store, and the gentleman went above and beyond to get these chairs delivered to his store and then set up delivery to my home! NOW that's customer service 👌

Update 09/08/18: it’s nice the company reads the reviews, we continue to love our dining set; we’ve told some friends who moved into the area about this place, bad reviews probably had finance issues (I tend to be sure I have money before I purchase something) 4.5 stars … I lucked out on a great deal for an awesome dining set, people were pleasant & helpful … frigid day means they were quite happy to see me in the store … Even on non-sale / non discontinued items prices were quite fair Only slight knock was selection wasn’t the widest, thankfully they had something perfect for us. Oh, plenty of spacious parking which is a plus if moving the furniture yourself.

I was very pleased with the attention we got in making our purchase. The store location is an area we seldom go into. Some of the furniture I saw created an interest. Currently I have an interest in a recliner that better suits my desires. Will go back at a later date to look further into this. The true test of my satisfaction/dissatisfaction will occur on Monday with the delivery of the washer we purchased. You get 5 stars for now. Keep it that way.
