I was referred to Scottsdale Bedrooms by a colleague who told me that they were the best in the business...I ABSOLUTELY AGREE!!! Upon entering their fantastic showroom, I met Kay, the owner and she is WONDERFUL!! She treated me as though we were old friends. She invited me in and was so accommodating as I didn't have a great deal of knowledge on beds or what I really needed. I shared with Kay the details of what was important to me in a bed and she had me dialed in immediately. I also spoke to her husband and son and again, the nicest of people I've met in sometimes. This family runs a business as you should run a business. Personable, friendly, charming, professional, and know their products. I am now a very happy owner of an Airloom Bed, I cannot be more satisfied. If anyone is looking for an enjoyable experience while shopping for their next bed, go see Kay and her family at Scottsdale Bedrooms!!! View on GoogleWe knew what we were looking at before we got to the store. We had a custom made Harrison Spinks mattress many years ago in the UK, but we had traded up sizes to King over the years. We had tried other mattresses and they didn’t come close to the comfort we had previously. There wasn’t a local stockist. We were going to be in Phoenix and thought why not see if they can help us. Kay and her family owned business were just the right balance of helping out but letting us try out the models without any hard sell. We ordered a split tension mattress, medium on one half and firm on the other. The mattress is delivered and we are so happy. It is so comfy. We bought new pillows too and they are amazing. Our experience at Scottsdale bedrooms is to be highly recommended. Thank you so much.

You are NOT going to be pushed into buying a mattress you don’t love. The selection is exclusive and they are extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell. If you are looking for something better to sleep on Scottsdale bedroom should be your first stop. Delivery is easy and quick also!!
View on GoogleIf you are thinking of making an investment in a new bed do yourself a favor and go see Kay at Scottsdale Bedrooms. I found an advertisement for Heirloom Beds and googled them and found Scottsdale Bedrooms. Upon getting there I was greeted by Kay outside and welcomed inside. Upon entering the store which is a gallery for fine mattresses and luxurious bedding’s I was instantly impressed with the selection of mattresses and accessories. There are no pushy salespeople and Kay was just warm and friendly and educated me on the finer points of mattress construction and told me there was no rush to make decision and that I should try out several before making a decision. Kay did in fact help me pick out my new bed which I am now sleeping on and could not be happier! Beyond having a new bed which is amazing I made a new friend in the process!
View on GoogleI am so excited to write this review, for many reasons, First because I had the pleasure of meeting Kay and Phil the owners of Scottsdale Bedroom Store in Scottsdale Arizona. I drove 45 minutes from Chandler/Gilbert Az. because of some pretty impressive reviews. I found that it is just as important to make sure the store you are purchasing your bed from is just as important as the bed you are purchasing . I have purchased 3 beds in the last 3 years all of which I thought was high end mattresses from stores that have many commercials about their beds. But after having a heart felt conversation with Kay which consisted of all of her knowledge regarding the history of her beds, ingredients used to make each bed and she explains why her beds are a healthy choice for some people I realized I needed a Kay in my bed of knowledge, she listened to me about what I really wanted out of my bed without rushing me. I have made my purchase and have slept two nights on my forever in love with my bed, I have not had any aches or pains in my lumbar lower back. I am trying to hold back the tears because I have never felt this happy about my bed, and it's been 3 years of searching.
