Sleep Number

It's not often you have a sales person interested in your happiness over a commission. We were sleep number owners that purchased a bed out of necessity. A severe back injury and surgery left me in bed for the better part of 6 months. but we quickly came to the conclusion the bed we purchased wasn't for us. We looked around at several other brands and just happened to be driving by the North Scottsdale location and decided to check what improvements Sleep Number had made, if any. Brandon Gilbert quickly helped with overcoming our fear of disappointment for a second time and was thorough in helping us to understand what was truly going to meet our needs. It ended up not being a Sleep Number, but had nothing to do with Brandon and if not for him, we would have never even consider a Sleep Number again.

Cheryl was great. Experienced and friendly. She helped us fine the right bed for my sister and made sure we had what we needed.

Worst customer service in history. I could not get this base to work. I spent 10k and have a working bed. Their support is grabage and the salesman is shady. You cant return the base even if it doesnt work. Take my advice and check other stores and never buy a sleep number bed.***update, no i have a problem with YOUR store. YOUR STORE sold me this, it doesnt work. I am now on my 3rd pump and furious i spent so much money on something that caused horrible nights of sleep, arguments with my wife and i cant return it. NEVER BUY FROM SLEEP NUMBER! Sleep number has a horrible reputation and i would love to know how many reviews were paid for compared to legitimate ones. Check online for comparable competitor beds you will be better off trust me.

Tom Davis was super helpful and considerate throughout this process. He was knowledgeable about what type of bed would suite us well for a long period of time. Would highly recommend!

No pressure sales experience with a lot of education! Brad did a great job of explaining the different models and upgrades for the Sleep Number mattresses. The purchase and delivery arrangement was easy, there was A LOT of communication via text and email on the deliver, and phone calls when they were on the way. Set up went well, very happy!
