We loved the first mattress from BB, May 2019, California King Firm, that we purchased our 2nd mattress from BB yesterday, Saturday. As an 84 year old veteran with service connected injuries.spine, vertebrae, ribs, burns, etc, the King mattress provides the support I need. A product usually sells itself. However, knowledge. professionalsm and respect shown to customers oft absent. Not so at BB on Raintree. Brett is terrific! Professional, courteous and customer focused. Not pushy. He IS BB! What a great ambassador for the company. Thanks BB for the painted U S Flag on the wall. I saluted again upon entry to the store. No need "to turn the radio on and press the ear." View on GoogleUnlike other showrooms, Brooklyn Bedding actually had the models I wanted to try. Often, showrooms only make room for the more expensive ones -- how fair is that?? Ava was great. The testing and ordering processes were both painless. At other places we visited, once we asked the test out the lower priced models, our sales person lost interest.
