Sleep Number

Our experience at the Canton Sleep Number store with Marcus was everything we could ask for: Marcus clearly explained Sleep Number bed features and answered all our questions; he was personable; he was present without hovering. We did not feel pushed nor rushed as we made decisions. He also worked to assure that we could take advantage of every available discount. We had done initial bed research online, but felt that the in-store visit was invaluable. We placed our order with Marcus, and are awaiting delivery. Highly recommend.

This is our 3rd Sleep Number bed. The 1st was a queen…we traded up to a King after a few years. Today we bought the King Comfort Ultra. This is a new design with a thick topper built in. AMAZING. Marcus the store manager was super helpful and answered all our questions. We did the 48 month 0% financing which was a no brainer. Also, just to be sure we double checked on Consumer Reports before buying and Sleep Number holds 3 of the top 4 highest rated beds out of 100+ rated.

Highly recommend. My husband and I went into Sleep Number to get information. We had our 2 girls with us. The store has a little table and legos for kids, which was extremely helpful in keeping them entertained while we looked around. Marcus was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He explained everything to us while he walked us through finding the perfect bed and base for both my husband and I. He made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions and gave us the confidence we had been seeking in order to make a decision/purchase.

This is our second sleep number bed. We had an older one, so there was a lot to learn regarding the newest models. Marcus was knowledgeable and very patient with us. We never felt pressure and he answered all our questions. We highly recommend this store.

The whole experience has been great so far. Marcus was very helpful in the store with choosing the right mattress, to organizing the purchase, and giving us advice on how to get the most from our mattress. The gentlemen that delivered and set up the bed were very nice, knowledgeable, and willing to answer our questions. Looking forward to receiving better sleep!
