Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Shaw’s! Doug went above and beyond to help us with beautiful furniture for our mountain home that has a very small living room with limited space. He went back and forth with me several times, helping us with two love seats and a swivel chair that we are so pleased with. Shaw’s selection is great and their prices are wonderful! Delivery to Boone was completed super quick and the guys were super friendly and very careful placing the furniture in the house. Anything else we need we will be returning to see Doug and Shaw’s!!
View on GoogleWe had an awesome experience with buying a washer and dryer. We enjoyed Doug being so helpful with our decision. We will be going back soon to purchase a new sofa.
View on GoogleIf Google let me give more than 5 stars I would! I had the best furniture shopping experience in a long time! Doug was fantastic, extremely professional, and helpful with all of our needs! We were able to find the perfect 8x10 rug for our space. Let alone all the other furniture and appliances my wife and I were looking for! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
View on GoogleHorrible customer service. We spent over $5k at this store on a washer/dryer and dining room set. We even sent a neighbor to them. The sales associate (Doug) asked us what else we needed and said he would help us find rugs/runners for our new home. I contacted him multiple times to get a status. Each time he "assured" us he was working to assist us. No response in the end. The customer service at the store was great. However, after service was horrible We will not spend another dollar ate this location. I think Doug was a typical scammer/used car sales type. Very - VERY - unhappy.
View on GoogleI will never buy furniture or appliances anywhere else! All the people at Shaw are so friendly, and go above and beyond to give you the best price and great service. I love everything I have bought there. 👍
