We had an amazing experience thanks to the associate who helped us Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on finding the right mattress for us, not just making a sale. He took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to what we needed, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about people getting good sleep, not just closing a deal. Highly recommend working with him if you want someone honest, helpful, and really looking out for you we have had our mattress for a week before writing review! Couldn’t be happier!

Went in today with my wife and younger daughter for her first big girl bed. We were greeted with a friendly smile from Micheal. He helped show us different mattress options that would be best for our daughter. This location is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to everyone!

Called our local mattress warehouse and spoke with Michael. Because of his great attitude and willingness to help, I went to store. Bought a replacement bed for a really good price and quality. They have beds ranging from several hundred on up. Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone just starting out, anyone with specific needs in a bed, or anyone just looking to update.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm, thanks to Michael. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming without being pushy, which made the whole process feel comfortable and low-stress. What stood out most was his knowledge of Mattress Firm’s products. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we felt confident in our decision before leaving.

I came in a few days ago to look at mattresses, expecting to purchase or order the same day however the man (the one with tattoos) that "helped" was incredibly rude, he talked over me multiple times. I explained my budget and what I liked and he wouldn't show me anything close to my budget and moved me away from anything "lower" priced and was talking about how "bad" the quality was which might have been okay if he hadn't ONLY shown and talked to me about ones that were WELL above my budget. He tried to get me to do the test at the front to "match" a mattress however I said I was uncomfortable with it and immediately he had an attitude, I should have left then but I thought for sure that they would treat potential customers with a little respect. Ended up buying a mattress elsewhere that has been amazing and the employees there were much better and actually listened to my needs.
