We love Smokey Mountain Furniture… everyone there has been great to work with all the way down to the warehouse where we picked up some of our furniture at. Heather was our sales lady though and she was Awesome. We originally bought two recliners, but just went back and bought a third one and it fits perfect. We also bought outdoor furniture for our front porch and back deck. The back porch was missing one chair, so they got it ordered for us, and it’s now been added in very quick turnaround time. It looks so good and matches everything just perfect, just have to add an umbrella and we’ll be set. We highly recommend Smokey Mountain Furniture, you won’t be disappointed I can guarantee you… Update: we went back again today (2/20/26) and Heather once again helped me knock it out of the park and we got this gorgerous furniture for our living room. Of course they had it in the grey in showroom, so ChatGPT helped me put it all together in the color we purchased that will be here in a few weeks. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful with the best personalities, but we highly recommend Heather as she’s our go to lady ALWAYS!!!

Excellent selection of furniture and one of the very few where you can take it home today. Great people, great service, easy to deal with, zero pressure and fair prices. We worked mostly with Kylie and thought she was fantastic and would recommend anyone walking through the door to speak with her.

Purchased from here multiple times and every single time has been very delightful. Had an issue 3 times with the same model of recliner that had a warranty. Decided to see if we could trade in the latest recliner and they let us trade it out for a completely different model. Luckily our store credit equaled out what our purchase trade was so we didn't owe a thing. Even delivered to our home and removed the broken recliner. Super nice people! Will definitely be purchasing in the future again and will recommend (and have recommended) to others! Thank you Smokey Mtn Furniture!

You can't beat the quality of their furniture and low prices. They have a huge selection to choose from with multiple warehouses fully stocked. We struggled to find matching recliners elsewhere that fit me and my wife. I'm 6'5" and she is 5' tall. We were able find a great matching pair that fit us both with the darker brown we were searching for. The customer service we received will keep us returning for all our furniture needs in the future.
