Friendly, efficient service. I bought a scratch & dent Kitchenaid electric range at a great price and the salesman Zac was knowledgeable, calmly answered all my questions, and made entire purchase very simple and fun. I will definitely recommend to my friends!
View on GoogleIWe have dealt with Sherman's for many years and they never disappoint! The employees are always friendly, helpful, and professional. We really love the Warehouse Clearance Center! It has such amazing deals on equally amazing products. Sherman's offers great warranty options, and their service team is equally amazing if repairs need done. They truly stand by their products and their customers. We always check Sherman's first before anywhere else!
View on GoogleVery impressed with the items available and the helpful staff. Zac was excellent and gave us some great advice on the items we were looking at. Just wanted to add that our dishwasher was delivered safely, Gerald and his colleague were so friendly and professional. They made sure all was okay before they left. We would highly recommend Shermans and will be back when we start our kitchen renovations Thank you Sherman’s
View on GoogleGreat customer service. Prices are still pretty high but we did find a nice stove that they will convert to LP gas, install, take away our old one, and it’s under warranty for 5 years. All of that cost extra ($500 extra). But we should have a great stove and an oven that actually works. Bought on Saturday, it should be delivered on Wednesday!
View on GoogleKristen D. went out of her way to be helpful, informative and PATIENT! She took every opportunity to explain every aspect of my purchase from selection to warranty options. Her overall disposition was professional with an emphasis on satisfying my needs. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience! Please acknowledge her outstanding customer service. Best, LaTishia Baker (Whirpool OTR microwave)
