Amazing experience! Hugo was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped me get a great offer on my sofa and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, the furniture quality is good, and the delivery process was smooth. I truly appreciate Hugo’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. All I can say is that Showplace gives you a top-of-the-line, five-star customer experience from the moment you walk in the door. You will feel taken care of, almost like the only person that matters (if there's no one else in line lol). They have a very good way of servicing whoever walks in that door. You can go in with kids and the whole family, and they are very, very understanding and caring throughout the entire process. Their products are top-of-the-line, and they know what they're talking about. The white-glove experience of getting your items delivered and put together at your home is amazing!!! Going forward, I know my future store go to store every time I need furniture!!

We recently purchased two mattresses for our twin daughters, and the entire experience was fantastic! Hugo and his colleague were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed at a great price. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. We never felt pressured, and they made everything run smoothly from start to finish. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, and they truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hugo and this store to anyone looking for a mattress. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here for furniture as well. Thank you for making the process such a breeze! My daughters are LOVING their new beds :)

Showplace Mattress and Furniture is the right place to go if you want to find amazing deals, a very wide selection of mattresses and knowledgeable staff. I did not feel pressured to buy anything at all, I have never met anyone this knowledgeable about mattresses before, they went above and beyond and made sure the whole process was very quick, easy and simple. I gotta say this is the most wonderful place to go to if your looking for a mattress or couch. My fiancé and I got a sectional and a recliner and Hugo made it fast simple and easy. Most other places would complicate the process but Hugo walked us through each step and was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process. If there was 100 stars this place would get all 100 instead of 5.
