We purchased an in-stock mattress and frame, offered free delivery early the following week. After waiting a week and a half with no update, I called. The owner, instead of apologizing, belittled me, blamed the salesperson, and offered no solution. I ultimately canceled, and now they want to charge a restocking fee despite the item never leaving their store. Disappointing experience! ***UPDATE*** They did not charge a restock fee but that’s it.
View on GoogleI ordered an automatic reclining sofa set here 5-6 years ago. Recently one seat of it broke. Sids staff came out within a couple weeks and repaired the furniture, replaced the broken pieces at no charge to me. Really exceptional service. Respectful staff. Really grateful that they were able to do the repairs.

View on GoogleToday was my first and last experience at Sid's. I visited the store in search of two specific Tiffany brand table lamps when I overheard a male associate disparaging a neighboring furniture store. His comments were highly inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. I left shortly thereafter and was sitting in my car when I witnessed the same associate berate a woman for parking in the rear lot. There were half a dozen spots available, and I was one of three patrons in the store less than 10 minutes prior. This discouraging interaction solidified my decision to post a review. I sincerely hope the owner makes better hiring decisions going forward or, at the very least, discusses professionalism with his staff. The associate I am referring to appears mid-to-late 50's, is short statured, wears glasses, and has a shrill, feminine voice. I plan to visit the furniture store he was speaking poorly of later this week. It can't be worse than what I witnessed here, today.
View on Google**Title: Horrible Experience with a Once-Promising Purchase** Three years ago, my husband and I purchased a couch, chair, ottoman, and a beautiful Tiffany-style lamp. We were impressed by the style, quality, and courteous assistance from the staff. The couch, a floor model, featured attractive Revolution fabric purported to be virtually indestructible, stain-resistant, and even bleach-resistant, which led us to confidently order the matching pieces. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm soon waned as the fabric became itchy and began staining with minimal use, despite being used by just two adults and occasional grandchildren. A year after our purchase, my husband sadly passed away. Later, I had the set professionally steam cleaned, yet the dingy appearance and stubborn stains persisted. While still dealing with grief, I approached the store for help, relying on the fabric's supposed guarantee. Instead of receiving assistance, my polite inquiry was met with arrogance. I was immediately told they've "never had a complaint before with this fabric," implying that questioning their product was unreasonable. Even after showing them pictures, my concerns were ignored. They became defensive, then blamed the cleaning. Their only solution was an expensive cleaning service, which I couldn’t afford. When I asked about alternatives, both the male sales associate and the likely male owner insisted that the issue was somehow my fault. Emotionally raw, I was unable to press the matter. I left the store feeling frustrated, dismissed, and belittled. At the time, I was too emotionally raw to share my thoughts, but now I feel compelled to do so. The furniture, less than three years old, remains structurally sound but is marred by dingy, stained, and scratchy fabric. I have never been treated so rudely! I will never shop there again!!!
