Amazing experience, fast delivery, and friendly! I have been having a lot of health issues and recently found out I have a mass on my liver in addition to my other conditions. So I needed a comfortable recliner ASAP. I didn’t even have to leave my house for this purchase. I highly recommend and I will be a returning customer for future needs. Thank you guys!!

We were very frustrated with Ashley furniture. When we walked into simply sleep better on located on eglin street. Nathan was very helpful. He saw how upset we were with a mattress we bought at Ashley. Asked us what the problem was and did all he could to help us find a better mattress. Looked at the invoice from Ashley said he will check with his supervisor about getting a king size twin in the mattress my husband just picked out in the store. Because I believe they had none in stock. He said they can get it for us and it will take a few weeks. Called us a couple of weeks later for delivery, the mattress was delivered on a Tuesday and Nathan promised to be at our house when it is delivered to make sure George was absolutely happy with the mattress and Tuesday’s are Nathan day off and he came to help deliver it. There was a problem, not with the mattress but with the king size bed frame we had bought at Ashley, Nathan said he would check back with us on checking if we could make the frame longer. Anyway we decided to get rid of the frame because my husband loved the mattress. I know Nathan did his best to help us get the correct mattress and he did. In the end all worked out. My husband is very happy with mattress and we can’t thank Nathan for his efforts to get what we needed. Thank you Nathan for helping us and being very patient with us. God Bless. Rita kapushy
