Sleep Number

My fiancé and I just got our first sleep number bed. Daycen was super helpful in making sure we chose the right one. He was very knowledgeable on the features of each bed and walked us through the process with ease. We were impressed with the customer service we received!

I usually deal with Kathy who is so helpful and very knowledgeable of all your products. She was a godsend for us when we needed help purchasing our sleep number bed. She was not there last Wednesday when we needed some information on moving our bed to install new carpeting. I had called her a week prior and told her I would be coming in but I wasn’t sure of what day it would be so she could show me how to dissemble the bed. She informed me that it would be quite simple but she would show me exactly how on a bed there in the store and also print out some paperwork for me! I called the store last Wednesday around 9:00am and left a message to let her know that I would be in around 2:00 that afternoon. It was just a short time later when a gentleman called me and said Kathy wouldn’t be in but he and another person would be there to assist me and answer any questions I might have. When I got there I was greeted very enthusiastically by 2 store employees who went above and beyond explaining things to me. All 3 are super employees of your company and you should be proud to have them working for you! I would highly recommend Sleep Number to anyone searching for a bed or any of the other products you carry. Amazing, kind and knowledgeable staff who deserve a raise!! :.-) Thank you! ~Jeannie Humble

I worked with Nate to find a mattress for my new apartment. He was such a joy to work with. He was professional and kind. He was easy to get along with and helped me make the best choice for me. The store wouldn't be as great with Nate!

We absolutely love our sleep number bed! We noticed an improvement in our quality of sleep from the first night. David and Daycen took lots of time to help us find the right bed for us.

Awful! I would not recommend getting sheets or pillows physically from this store! Cathy when helped me….or argued I should say had me walk out with my items and totally unsatisfied with Sleep number items completely! Telling me not to be upset with her but the company…as she quote put it I JUST WORK HERE. Who says that!
