We had to warranty our mattress and Derek from Norco was absolutely AMAZING!!! He corrected such a negative situation. We ended up buying another mattress and base because he was so helpful! A great experience dealing with him. Highly recommend him!
View on GoogleI went to sit and sleep to look for my new mattresses because I had already bought my prior mattresses from sit and sleep a number of years ago. Jon Stephenson was my sales person. He was friendly and listened carefully to my needs and was respectful, and very knowledgeable about the particular mattress I was looking for. So I did end up buying the Helix split California king mattresses. The delivery men were on time and they were fantastic. They were professional and did a good job. If I had to buy mattresses again, I would buy from sit and sleep again anytime. I also will share my experience with other friends and family.
View on GoogleWe stopped to check out a couple of mattresses. We were met when we entered the showroom bt the manager Floyd. We told him what we were looking for and the price range we desired. He was very happy to show us few of them. After the wife tried out a few, with changes of her testing the firmness, we decided on one of the cheaper models because the firmness was to her liking. Floyd didn't pressure us into purchasing the more expensive mattress, but let us decide on the one we wanted. THAT , we appreciated very much. We definitely will recommend shopping at the Norco store!
View on GoogleLisa was so kind and helped my wife and I get into the mattress of our dreams. She took the time to get to know us, our price point, and let us try a wide variety. 10/10 recommended mattress shopping experience.
