Sit 'n Sleep

Recently went to the Sit n Sleep in Chino Hills for some much needed sleeping pillows. The ones that we had were old and causing us to have sleepless nights and pain in our necks, shoulders and back. Immediately upon entering the store sleeping consultant Bryan Gonzalez asked us what he could help us with. He brought out numerous pillows after sharing our concerns with our current pillows. He was more that helpful and very professional as he knew exactly what we needed. After trying out numerous pillows we decided on the "Essence Side Pillow" by Honey Dew. We purchased 3 of them. Thank you Bryan for allyour help and assistance. We recommend Bryan and this store for all your sleeping needs.

Install was great. Good communication before delivery was made. Unfortunately not until the installers left, I noticed a few steps of our staircase had been damaged. I can only assume it was when they carried in the 250lb. base.

We had a great experience at Sit n Sleep. First they had my husband and I lay on a bed that measured the level of support recommended for us and we tried several beds. I wanted to make sure I could try all the newer brands I’ve seen advertised like Avocado, Casper and Purple. The salesman was very patient and helpful as we must have been there for several hours before making our decision. They had a great financing option available, approval was easy and our new bed was delivered the next day! The installers were also super helpful teaching me how to use the remote for our new base and even reattached my headboard. We’re happy with our new bed, thank you Sit n Sleep!

Bryan Gonzalez was very helpful in my shopping experience! He was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He wasn't trying to pressure me to buy anything like some car dealers. He was able to give great deal when applicable. 10/10 customer service!

I had a great experience at this location, Casey made the whole shopping experience less stressful. I had previously looked around at other places and they made me feel like I was just a sale & pushed me onto features I did not ask for. Yet Casey was different he heard our concerns & worked with our budget, the experience felt more personal & laid back. He was super honest about how each mattress teir was different & how long they typically lasted. He helped us find the right fit for us without making us feel the pressure of having to make a same day purchase. Which urged us to come back when were ready to purchase. Genuinely a pleasant experience.
