Sit 'n Sleep

On January 9, 2026 I bought one twin mattress and two twin XL mattresses. Javier Villalpando Helped me choose and buy them. Javier was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although Javier was the only sales person available and there were several other customers in the store; Javier did a good job of going back-and-forth between the customers, including myself. He went over the sales receipt with me to make sure everything was correct. unfortunately, I had to call Javier the next day Questions about the receipt and there was an error. I purchased three mattress protectors and was not given the discount on one of them. I spoke with Javier on the phone and he took care of the problem Assuring me that the difference would be adjusted to my credit card. Overall, I am very pleased with sit and sleep and the way they handled my purchases. I received the mattresses and was happy that the delivery Men also took our old mattresses away and installed the new mattresses for us. My husband laid on the new mattress and took a nap. When he came out of the bedroom, he told me that he liked the mattress and it is very comfortable. I definitely recommend sit and sleep to anyone who is looking for a mattress. They have different levels of mattresses and Various costs, Depending on what type of mattress you purchase.

I was greeted by Mr. Bergeron as I entered the store. He was very pleasant and he asked me questions to assess my needs. He showed me around the showroom and help me to decide which mattress was best suited for me. He gave me a lot of information about each mattress so that I could finally decide which one I wanted to purchase. I have a bit to wait before my mattress is delivered, but I know that when it comes, I’m going to enjoy it for a long time to come!

This was a great experience. Javier was exceptionally helpful and worked hard to make sure we got the bed we needed and the best deal possible. Out of all the places we looked this was the only place that we didn't feel like we were being hustled. They did a great job with the delivery too.

Javier V helped us today and he was great. It's not our first purchase at Sit 'n Sleep and just like prior experiences there, Javier was easy to work with and friendly. They really listen to what you are looking for and stay within your price point. No hard sell tactics nor up- sell. We've had such a positive experience each time we've purchased a mattress or frame from them I won't consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend Sit 'n Sleep!

Ended up buying a Purple mattress for my mother in law at the Moreno Valley Sit N Sleep. David was our sales associate. He was super nice, patient, and not pushy what so ever.... I recommend anyone that goes to Sit N Sleep in Moreno Valley to deal with David.... You won't be disappointed thank you again David a true pleasure to deal with.
