Slagle's Mattress Factory

We had a very positive experience at Slagle's Mattress Factory. They have a large selections of mattresses, including latex foam, and will patiently guide you through your selection process. We purchased a King size Symphony Pillow top set, and while I was OK with the comfort of it in the store, what sold me was their guarantee to alter the mattress in the first 3 months if you decide you want it firmer or softer. We decided pretty quickly that it was too firm. We took it back (you can pay for pickup/delivery if you can't bring it back yourself), and for no charge they added more to the "pillow top" on each side, and adjusted the firmness underneath the pillow top. I can say I love the results, and am 100% happy with their service and guarantee!

Awful business that lie about their pricing. Watch out for their deceptive tactics. I would definitely stay away from them and look elsewhere.

Such high quality from this locally owned gem! I have never had such a comfortable mattress! I love the fact that they are flippable to extend the life of the mattress and I also love how customizable they are! We opted for one side of the mattress to have a cooling top layer and I can’t wait to sleep on that side come the hot Bakersfield summer nights! Worth every penny! They’ve got us as customers for life!

We were in need of custom mattress for our Winnebago Era. Eric was able to make us some excellent replacements The unique shape was no problem for him. I highly recommend Slagle’s for their fast, friendly and professional service.

We were greeted very friendly but not pushy by Ms Terry, she knew what questions to asked and directed us to a perfect fit for us, she showed us a couple more to make sure we like the right one and approximately 15 minute later we purchase a mattress and in 3 days we had a locally made custom mattress.
