Char was very professional, knowledgeable, not overbearing, or pushy, and a pleasure to work with. I was notified of a delivery time, and it was delivered on time. The delivery gentleman were very professional, courteous, and very careful on how they handle the furniture, and where they placed it to my satisfaction. Overall, the experience was wonderful. I recently bought myself some couches and dinning set from Star Furniture and I love how it fits well in my home ! I was helped by staff to find the perfect furniture that fits well with my space and my family including my pets ! The furniture was affordable and the financing was easy and fast I was helped with delivery the same day which I loved considering it was my birthday it was the best service a gal could ask for decently five stars!

Charlotte was a joy to a bad experience at Ashleys. The sales direction and grind is what I love to see and hear from a sales person. The finance option was a great deal too. I was approved same day and had options to the finance months. Go to stars! Went in again for July 4th specials. Im happy I went. Same people, same joy. I appreciate it. And my family loves the purchase.

We purchased a sofa & loveseat, an accent chair and two leather recliners. The salesperson was great along with the furniture quality and price. We were only disappointed in the delivery people. They should have simple taken the feet off the sofa & loveseat instead of forcing it through the front door and scratching up our door jams! They didn’t even tell us and instead left us to discover the damage after they left (See attached photo).
