This is my second time purchasing from Urner’s Outlet. Both times the staff were so incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get exactly what I needed at a fraction of the cost if I had gone anywhere else. Plus they deliver for a small fee so I didn’t have to figure out transportation. Will definitely use them again!

I visited this store twice looking for a new Mattress (purchased on the 2nd visit). Both the young men that helped me were very nice and informative. No high pressure sales tactics… they simply explained the product and options, then left me alone to think about it. It will take about a week and a half until it’s delivered, and I’m confident their excellent customer service will continue. We’ve been buying from Urner’s since we became home owners - over 40 years! Quality and service keeps us coming back. Plus I love that they’re local!

I had an excellent experience at the Outlet. This was due to Luis Gonzalez. He is friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to find me a good purchase of a dish washer. I highly recommend hi and saving money at the outlet.

The sales guy was nice. Unfortunately my couch that was a store model broke the next day we had it delivered. I was kind of disappointed because I explained to him i needed something simple yet durable for my family. We didn’t even get enjoy it as a family. I didn’t even get to sit on it. The manager was supposed to talk to the guy who sold it to me. I haven’t been contacted though. Idk I hope they call and say something.

My wife and I purchased a mattress and chair from Luis and Josh recently and they were delivered today. Both Luis and Josh are to be commended for their kindness and knowledge, and Marco and his partner for their speedy delivery and setup. We are very pleased and highly recommend this store to others.
