Outstanding service! Excellent selection of Tempurpedic mattresses to try them all out. Ali, Mac, and Francisco, are all amazing. Their service was friendly, fast, and made doing business with them a pleasure. When they delivered, they even wore gloves when handling the mattress to prevent any accidental hand prints on the new mattress. Will buy from again in the future. Me and my husband truly enjoyed the experience buying a mattress with Sleep Haven Bedding. The representative Mac ( not sure if he’s the staff or the owner) was very patient and generous! He taught us how to keep the warranty which neither the retailers nor the mattress stores had mentioned to us! He also offered some bonus that can really reduce the hassle on our end! I haven’t wrote a Google review for years, and I decided to write one to appreciate his thoughtfulness and generosity. Highly recommend their services!

He was not pushy but listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. We’ve been very happy with everything we bought here.

Great experience. I had purchased a mattress back in 2017. The mattress started to sag in the middle. I spoke with the manager Ali, he scheduled an appointment to assess the mattress. After inspecting the mattress, he deemed it to be definitely replaceable. I was asked to come in to choose a replacement mattress. 2 weeks later, he replaced it himself, took the old mattress and never charged me for the delivery. I highly recommend Sleep Heaven.

Bought a futon and frame from Mac at Sleep Haven. The prices were reasonable, and he was able to deliver it the same day. Some bolts were missing (manufacturer error) and he called me back first thing the following day after I called him about it. I was able to get my futon assembled no problem and the mattress I bought works well with the frame. Great service, would recommend.
