My wife and I came to Mattress Firm looking for a new king bed. Michael was our Sleep Expert and he was amazing. He quickly showed us a few different bed options at various price points, walked us through all the different options and features, and helped us find the perfect mattress. His customer service was exceptional and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. We couldn’t be happier with the new mattress, would definitely recommend and ask for Michael!

Mattress Firm in San Mateo has a good selection of mattresses and very competitive prices. The salesperson I worked with named Andrew was excellent. He is knowledgeable and very personable. No hard sell, just the pros and cons as he saw them supported by great patience while I was going back and forth among many choices. Highly recommended. Michael

Andrew was super helpful in working with me to find an affordable mattress for a new Murphy Bed. The needed width and weight provided challenges and after the first mattress that I purchased would not work well with the bed, Andrew located a different mattress that would work. He scheduled the return and new delivery seamlessly. When the delivery company that is contracted missed the date, the other Andrew at the Hillsdale Store who was working that day, handled the rescheduling of the delivery and return of the first mattress. Great service and both Andrew's went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Excellent proactive customer service.
