Sleep Number

At all costs do not get one of their beds. They try to sell you on the warranty and they'll fix it. I had my bed for only 2 1/2 years and the side wall is messed up and also the air empties at night even though the app and remote says it's full. When I called customer support to have them come out and troubleshoot what's going on? They said it's $190 just to come out to troubleshoot it and then I would have to pay for the parts and do everything myself or them pay them to do it. It's a complete scam cells. People will tell you what you wanna hear and they even circled on my contract where they come out, but I guess there's some other fine print even though this is normal wear and tear stuff. Do not buy one of these beds. $3800 down the drain. You can see in the picture the side walls go out very quickly in your back in your arms will go numb again use other mattresses. Please take my advice.

Store Manager Katelyn Thomas, I went into the store looking for pillows. Katelyn shows me great pillows. I asked her these beds I saw there were on sales. She said yes let me show you 3 beds and you tell me which one you like and we will talk about cost later, she said that she wanted to make sure I got into a bed that felt good to me. So on we went. I found myself that I like the 3rd bed and she great let look. Well I got there at 10 am and left at 1 pm. With a new bed that I picked out. The customer service experience that I received from her told me alot about her. She carrying to my needs and no Pressure on selling me the bed. I wish more people were like her. I came back to buy sheets and 2 weeks I will return to get nice 2 pillows that I liked. Thank you Katelyn for your customer service experience.

Super clean and spaced out store. Very friendly staff! Manager Josie helped to close out my purchase! Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a bed!

Really good people who make you want to be a owner of one or more of their beds.
