Sleep Number

Best customer service and my favorite beds, JR in Clovis has helped me time and time again with so many purchases including the Climate 360 I just bought, haven’t received it yet but I’m happy with all of my sleep number items including the 3 beds and bases I have p6, ILE, and hopefully the new climate 360. I’ve put these beds and bases through a lot since my wife is paralyzed and the beds get adjusted a lot , never had one problem. Thanks again JR and sleep number.

I am so happy there is a sleep number store in Clovis! I have now had 3 sleep number beds since my first purchase of a queen size in 2004. I now share a split king with my husband and we both love the comfort and flexibility this wonderful bed offers. A good nights sleep is always important. We both have back pain so this bed has been a very good investment for us.

JR never posed other options than the most expensive...bedding, etc. He did show us a split bed that elevates our upper body, and we liked it. It's what we purchased. It also elevates our legs which we thought had to come with the upper body option. We found out after the fact that we could've saved a substantial amount of money by getting a bed that doesn't elevate our legs. Shame on us for not asking the right questions, but shame on JR for not giving full disclosure.

I took a set of sheet that I had ordered online to the store in Clovis to exchange for a different color. J R helped me do that and also answered some questions I had about my new bed . A very pleasant time. Thank you J R , you kind of made my day. I still get a giggle when I think ‘Bro’.

Mike, our sales rep at Sleep Number, was extremely knowledgable, patient, explaining every aspect of the different sleep number beds, and answering all of our questions without pressuring my wife and I to make a purchase. We experienced all of the beds and decided on the New Climate 360, which has everything one needs for perfect sleep! He did not rush us to choose a bed for purchase; the best customer service!
