Sleep Number

This is our second sleep number bed we have purchased over the past 14+ years. On our recent purchase we upgraded to the warm/cool full split CA King bed. Our visits to the show room and the incredible help of Ten, the store manager made it so easy and efficient! Ten knows all aspects of all sleep number beds, accessories, discounts...you name it. She is awesome!! She is friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. Ten made the our decision so easy AND we got some awesome awesome discounts that made the decision even easier!!

Dear Guillermo My apologies for not sending this Sooner. The New Bed had me in a coma . Haha 🙏I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your exceptional customer service. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a positive difference in my experience. From opening the doors minute's before closing. Still taking the time to listen to my bed needs. Even on the day of purchase you remembered my sons birthday. Bringing him pokemon cards. He's still has them on his display. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and helpful individual, and I genuinely appreciate the time and effort you put into assisting me. Your support did not go unnoticed, and I’m grateful for your outstanding work. Thank you once again—keep up the great work!

My in store expert was a lady named Ten. She was terrific! She took time to understand my specific needs and provided a couple of mattress choices. She was patient and answered all of my questions. Can't wait to get my new bed!

First of all, I have had nothing but great experiences shopping at this store. From when I first bought our bed 2 years ago, to each time I've needed to purchase linens/bedding, I have been helped by wonderful staff. The most recent visits, I have been assisted by Ten, a knowledgeable, dedicated, & professional employee who answered my questions & allayed my concerns. I felt Ten truly had my best interests at heart. I have appreciated our purchase experience of the bed from the outset & am certain other customers will be just as happy with theirs.

I would feel better if it didn’t take three weeks to deliver the package.
