Sleep Number

The King mattress is not a standard King. We have about a 3-4 inch gap and I have another huge bruise on my leg from the bed frame. Sleep Number told us the deficit is due to their measurements from seam to seam. The seems are about two inches down each side of the bed. The bed frame measurements are that of a standard King. I don't know if there is something that we can buy to protect our legs? Maybe some pool noodles??? 7k for this bed. Sales person was great, bed is super comfortable. However, the company isn't honest. The big green swollen bruise on my right leg is the reason for my post, and this is just after the huge bruise on my left leg finally healed.

We had a queen size sleep n air pillow top mattress that was so comfortable. It lasted until the warranty had expired. We heard that so many people "loved their Sleep Number beds" ,so we headed to the Valley Plaza store and tried out the least expensive one. It seemed comfortable, he bought it and from the beginning, it felt horrible. We tried every setting, we bought ex tra padding, we put a foam mattress cover on it, thinking of all the ways to make the bed more comfortable. My husband could only endure it for, at the most 2 hours. He preferred his inexpensive recliner so much it became so hard feeling, that it caused him a lot of pain, but not as much as the bed. You will not see me as a verified buyer as he was on the paperwork. He has passed and I am writing this for him, B. Wohlgemuth. I have purchased a traditional mattress and I cannot wait to sleep on it.

Karen gave us exceptional customer service!! She was very knowledgeable about the beds & what suits you best. She was absolutely hilarious at that, I'd recommend her to anybody. Keep doing what you're doing Karen! Thank you again!!

I’ve owned a Sleep Number for 11 years, they are so amazing we bought one for our trailer. We recently purchased another bed. Randy was so helpful he had answers to all our questions. He even found extensions to raise the base to fit the bed frame we currently have. I would definitely recommend stopping into Sleep Number and find out how Randy can help you with a better nights sleep.

Her name is Karen and she was a Fantastic and Friendly Sales Lady. Very detailed in her presentation of what kind of bed she was selling us. We enjoyed our 2 hour visit and we recommend Karen’s friendly vibes to anyone wanting to buy a Sleep Number.
