Jason was amazing. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. He explained the products in detail that we were looking at and made sure we were comfortable with the products we purchased. He made us feel like family not just a customer. We truly were amazed by this experience with him and felt so confident about our choice after working with him. We have shopped at other mattress stores and have never received the wonderful treatment we did while working with Jason. Thank you so much Jason for everything!

I can only leave a review about this location and not the business as a whole unfortunately. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The warranty is a scam. You only get one year of coverage after the delivery date and then you are responsible for some of the cost of parts. For the thousands of dollars that customers spend on these beds that kind of warranty is a joke. My foot warmer went out after less than 2 years of owning the bed. It was delivered January 2024. This review is from October 2025. They want me to pay for the part. Their limited warranty lasts 14 years though? I was sold a 15 year warranty without being told that only one year of that warranty was full coverage. The customer service when you call are also terrible. The chat customer service function is basically useless. If you need a supervisor you still have to call. They just repeat scripted company lines to you and don’t have any actual interest in resolving the problem. I’m considering speaking to legal counsel. BUYER BEWARE!!
