I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Johnathan, who truly is remarkable. I can see his genuine passion when he takes the time to delve into the details of any matter, like helping you find the perfect mattress. I listened carefully to his advice and trusted his recommendation. I visited the Two Notch store to experience the extra firm feel and loved it. Then, I returned to the Sandhill store to place my order. I’m so excited to finally sleep on it. Johnathan’s willingness to spend quality time with each customer shows his dedication, and I wholeheartedly believe he’s the person you need to see. You won’t regret it at all!

This is the 5th store I went into looking to buy a mattress today and even though I found some other mattresses appealing, the salesmen were the reason I did not want to do business with the other stores. They were all very pushy, kept trying to upsell me on things that were triple the cost of what I wanted to spend even after telling them my budget, and turned their noses up at me. When I walked into Mattress Firm I was pleasantly greeted by Jonathan. When I walked in I told him everything I was looking for and he gladly showed me some options that were within my budget and that would be good for my back pain. He didn't rush me or pressure me, he encouraged me to try things out and told me all of the details and he sold me on the first mattress he showed me. It was budget friendly and was pretty much everything I was looking for in a mattress. I didn't have the chance to sleep on it yet but I am pretty sure it's going to be 1000% better than the one I've been using that caused me so much pain. Our salesman, Russell, was great! We received a warm greeting as soon as we entered the store. We expressed what our needs were and he took it from there. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great guidance. So much so, we decided not to look any further and made the purchase. Great experience! Delivery occurred just as he said and that was a great experience as well.

Went into the store to get a new mattress since I was experiencing extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. I also have a spinal cord injury. First off Russ went above and beyond, noticing we were coming in and immediately came to greet us! That’s rare in most businesses! While I explained what I was experiencing, he listened to understand!!! Not only did he have several recommendations but he helped me to get into the bed! As a wheelchair user, to be seen and hear is a blessing! He was very knowledgeable about what I needed !!! I got the best option and he offered discounts! I felt he really wanted to help me, not make a sale !!! I got everything I wanted and needed!!! When it’s time to buy my kid a new mattress, or pillows, I’ll be going back specifically to location!
