Sleep Number

The staff there are super friendly, knowledgeable of the products, and very helpful. We first went in to explore options. From the first step in, we were immediately greeted by the staff, even the one with other customers looked up briefly to speak. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just helpful information to our questions. We did not buy on the first day, but we did set up our profile and what we wanted. Later went back and was met with the same friendly greeting and our associate remembered our meeting, pulled up our profile and went into a review of what we picked out from before. We went through all of the current options, discounts, product offers, and costs again. The associate was very polite, patient, helpful, and friendly. I hope everyone that shops a sleep number store has the chance at this very positive purchase interaction. It meets with the expectations from this company built on customer satisfaction.

Zadarius was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the beds. He's a great salesman and manager. I really enjoyed my visit to his store. We don't have our bed yet but we cant wait try it out. We look forward to doing business with him in the future.

they were very knowledgeable and patient as we asked many questions, tried many settings, left to do some comparison shopping and returned to make our purchase. they did a great job getting our questions clearly answered.

Overall 4 Stars - it would have been 5 stars but the pricing is higher than other bed companies. With that said, Sleep Number beds have the “air” feature that is exclusive to Sleep Number. We purchased our first Sleep Number bed in 2013 and have loved it. Our sales person - Harley was helpful, pleasant and professional. He was thorough and knowledgeable when explaining the different bed options to us.

Christal did a great job. Very informative, personable and thorough during her explanations of the product and its warranties. I will be referring all my friends and family to this store.
