Sleep Number

Haley was very knowledgeable & helpful. The whole process was pretty painless. I am really looking forward to getting my bed.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of shopping for a mattress, and I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Blake at Sleep Number. From the moment I walked in, Blake was incredibly kind and courteous, making us and our toddler feel welcome and valued as customers. What truly stood out was his patience. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding me through various options without any pressure. His extensive knowledge about the products helped us make an informed decision, and he was more than willing to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Overall, Blake exemplified what outstanding customer service should be. It was a stress-free and enjoyable experience, thanks to his dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend visiting the great falls Sleep Number and asking for Blake if you're in the market for a new mattress. You won't be disappointed!

After having the sleep number bed for 2 years, I do not like it, I haven't slept well in a long time. The warranty only covers the frame, but our bed keeps deflating like an air mattress, even with the responsive air turned off. This is an expensive bed to not enjoy. I can't wait until it's paid off so we can get rid of it and go back to Purple.

Disguised as a risk free trial, Sleep Number will charge you the delivery fee and a return fee ($500!!) if you return the mattress. Unfortunately the salesman at the store told me I could try this mattress, which is like sleeping either on a brick or a deflated air mattress, risk free and I could return it “no questions asked.” Their customer service was unwilling to work with me at all on these asinine charges. Before buying, know if you don’t like the mattress it comes with a STEEP price. They did not disclose the delivery fee was non refundable nor was I ever informed of a pickup fee if dissatisfied.
