Really pleased with our experience purchasing from the Great Falls, MT furniture Row. We didn’t feel bombarded the moment we walked through the door and felt like they gave us time to meander on our own. They offered help when we needed it and helped us narrow down what was going to work best for our family. Usually it feels like salesmen will try to sell you the most expensive and glamorous one, but we did not feel like that! Super happy with the customer service and experience.

We made a significant purchase and some of the decision to purchase the couch was due to Sandy's customer service. I hope the rest of our purchase experience (delivery, setup and warranty) goes as well.
