Sleep Number

The staff at the Greece location were very friendly and patient with us. We visited the store three different times to shop and decide which Sleep Number bed would be the perfect fit for us. Kudos to Joe & Christopher especially for the wonderful customer service you provided.

This Greece, NY Store has always provided excellent and professional products and services. Particularly today, Sunday May 4th 2025. Sleep Professionals Chris Morgan and Jeff Phillips completed my purchase smoothly and efficiently and provided expert care to ensure everything was exactly how I hoped. I have referred Sleep Number Products and this Greece, NY Store to my friends and family and plan on doing it again in the future. The Sleep Number Company should be proud to have these young professionals, Chris Morgan and Jeff Phillips in their store.

Nate and "G" came to disassemble our Sleep Number bed to be moved. They called to let us know they were on their way and were very timely. I appreciated that they put shoe covers on when they came into our home. They were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Hope to see them again to reassemble the bed. Thanks Guys!

Awesome customer service very knowledgeable about all the beds and sheets, pillows. Was very friendly and we were impressed by his humor and making Sure we understood everything.

2.75 years later the mattress is junk. The sleep number setting was fine it was the mattress integrity that fell apart. The edge where you would swing your feet to stand up lost it's ability to stay in shape. The mattress would essentially lean off the edge. It's under warranty almost. Out of pocket was almost $700 . Then it would just fall apart in another 2.75 years only no warranty and more out of pocket. I passed on the repair. I have beds in my house now 20 years old they haven't never needed a repair. I paid $5000 for this bed 2.75 years ago and mattress is shot. I do not recommend this bed at all. I should add only 1 person uses this bed.
