Sleep Number

I purchased a Sleep Number Climate Cool from the Sheridan road location in Amherst and it was an exceptional experience! My salesperson was Danny and he was beyond helpful, nice, and friendly to interact with and to show me what sleep number was all about. He wasn't pushy at all and was very easy going and accommodating and understanding during my multiple bed testing trials. I appreciate all of his help and the store manager Kevin's help with the final purchase, delivery date scheduling, and sleep number app introduction. Thank you Danny and Kevin so much for a great buying experience and the professional product knowledge you both exhibit. I will be referring as many people as possible to this sleep number store so they can have the same terrific experience i had! Thanks again! Greg Szmania

Kevin did a fantastic job taking time with us to find us the perfect bed. You can tell he genuinely believes in the SN product and also was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. He handled our toddler running around the store with grace, even getting him Legos to play with. We appreciate it! Thanks for the excellent service!

Had a very pleasant in-store experience with Gary. We tried the pressure point analysis tool - very helpful! The C2 mattress we ordered will arrive in a few weeks - looking forward to our first month to see how we feel!

I have had a Sleep Number bed in the past and they are great. I came to this location and I was helped by Kevin and he was great! He showed me all the new things that I haven't seen in awhile. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy! Im really excited about my purchase and I will visit again!

A little hesitant walking in but Danny put us at ease right away. Explained everything very clearly. No hard sell to upgrade. Applied all the discounts. I was so relaxed when I got home I took a nap. Looking forward to delivery day!
