Sleep Number

Our experience at sleep number was great! We worked with Joe and he made the process smooth and easy. He was very personable and easy going even with our two toddlers tagging along with us. Joe answered every question we had and went above and beyond for us as customers. One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10

Joe M. is a true professional and a wealth of knowledge. He made the available options easy to understand and helped me choose the product that best suited my needs. I would definitely recommend him/this location to anyone looking to enhance their sleep experience—look no further. I will continue to be a customer and have already referred my friends and family.

I adore my bed and tell everyone how awesome SleepNumber is!! Cher in Victor, NY helped us buy it last year and Joe (also in Victor, NY just helped me make some additional purchases. This is our second sleep number because we want them in all of our bedrooms :) Thank you for hiring super lovely folks to help add to the great brand experience that is Sleep Number!!!

Our experience with Joe M. from the Victor, New York Sleep Number store was nothing short of fantastic! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and funny! More importantly , he wasn’t the least bit pushy. Who would have thought that buying mattresses could be fun? I highly recommend Joe to anyone who is even considering the purchase of a Sleep Number bed. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks, Joe!
