Sleep Number

We went into the store just for my husbands dad to be able to try the mattresses, for him to see the difference. Jay was working that evening and she was absolutely amazing. While she was professional and very knowledgeable about the products, she also had a great sense of humor. Jay definitely made the difference in my father-in-law purchasing a bed from Sleep Number. Jays amazing by customer service did not stop there, she has remained in contact for the two weeks up to delivery date and has been available to answer more questions along the way. We did not get the pleasure of working with Tim, but I left a message with a couple of questions. Jay was not working that day, but Tim called back in very timely manner, and not only answered our questions but always went above and beyond, just as Jay did to see if they were able to locate one of the items that we had ordered. Unfortunately, due to high demand this item is on back order, so no fault to Jay or Tim. These two are the perfect example of just how the buying experience should be. We will definitely come back if we are ever looking for another Sleep Number. A HUGE thank you to Jay, you are amazing!!!

Bryce was amazing, he wasn’t pushy but informative. I felt well taken care of and not like someone stood over me every min. I felt like he looked to get me the best possible price and even let me know that we were in the 30 days of what could be the next promotion because they said they would price match. Walked me step by step about the product. I would 100 recommend and send people there!!! Thank you!!!!

We just bought a new sleep number bed today at this store and we had a great experience. The salesman, Tim, was very nice, helpful and informative. He helped us with different pillow options and sheets. He also got us a great deal since we are return customers. I definitely recommend this store and will return again.

Chad at the Harrisonburg sleep number spent ample time with us to make us feel comfortable about such a big purchase. We had a lot of questions, but even more hesitation. He explained to us how important sleep is, and how the large purchases the average American has no hesitation in making-usually have minimal comparable value(not to mention the health benefits). We are so excited to receive our mattress and bed. After years of back pain it was great to have an explanation as to why, and the pressure indicator he used was pretty self explanatory. We had an awesome experience and could tell Chad had a passion for his work and our health.
