It’s always a pleasure to visit grand home furnishings! The sales staff is always informative and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. They know their merchandise and are ready to answer any questions. They are polite, helpful, and very professional. Business office as well is helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I am sure my granddaughter will enjoy her new furniture! Thank you for your help once again!

We were really just starting to look for a new recliner and a power lift chair. The prices and financing were so good that we bought both! Loren was a wonderful help in choosing which chairs and figuring out the best deals for us. He was very friendly, helpful and wonderful to work with.

I appreciate Mike not pushing to "up sell" me. I knew what I wanted and he delivered. He quickly set up a new account for me and I purchased the recliner immediately. Michael Hoover was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We described what we were looking for and he showed us to several great options. We ended up picking the first one he showed us after seeing and sitting in several. The office staff and other staff we met were also very nice. The whole process was easy, which is saying also since we also had three kids with us!

We love the sofa itself, but the overall experience was less than grand. The payment process was confusing from the start. We were told remote payment was not allowed at all, but once the sofa was ready for pickup, suddenly remote payment was offered. This added unnecessary inconvenience before the delivery issues even began. We arranged our schedules to accommodate the delivery window, only for the delivery team to make minimal effort, insist the sofa “wouldn’t fit,” and immediately took it back to the warehouse. One of the delivery drivers even told us, “you should have measured,” despite the fact that we had measured and knew it would fit in our living room. At no point were we told to measure our hallway or stairwell, and we were never asked about any accessibility concerns prior to delivery. The general manager called to ask what happened, and during that first conversation we told her we wanted to hire our own movers. She still made us wait an hour to speak with the delivery driver, who repeated that it wouldn’t fit—even with the bannister removed—and said we would need to hire movers. By the time this was communicated, the warehouse was nearly closed, leaving us unable to coordinate pickup that day. When our movers arrived at the warehouse the next day to pick up the sofa, the delivery driver from Grand told them, “Good luck getting it to fit, it’s not going to work,” and added that the couch couldn’t be returned once it left. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. Our movers had the sofa inside our home in 20 minutes. The delivery fee was refunded, but the additional cost, wasted time, and repeated dismissiveness were completely avoidable. After reading other reviews describing similar delivery problems, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. We will not be purchasing from this company again.
