Sleep Number

Excellent customer service! Jessica, the saleswoman helping me, was awesome! She was able to immediately able to pull up my friend’s sleep number bed so I could order the exact bed that I have slept on and LOVED! These beds aren’t inexpensive, but it’s an investment in your health! Ten out of ten on customer service and quality of their products, including not only Sleep Number beds, but their triple washed down pillows as well! I will be telling everyone they need a Sleep Number bed.

Jessica was the perfect mix of professional and personal! She helped my husband pick out a pillow and gave expert advice while considering his needs/wants. We highly recommend her and this store. We have two Sleep Number beds and love them!

Our salesman, Doug, did a great job. He had all the information on helping us pick the bed that best suited our needs. We went in thinking we needed the most expensive bed they made and it turns out we were able to get away with saving about $3000 on something that actually worked better for what we needed. An entire experience was very smooth and natural. It didn’t feel like forced sales or pressured in one direction or the other. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable salesperson. Thought we would stop in and look at options for replacing our previous Sleep Number. Doug made it an easy decision to purchasing a new system. We have had Sleep Numbers for over 25 years, and will only ever buy them.

We just purchased our first Sleep Number bed at the 28th St location and can’t wait for it to be delivered. We worked with Matthew - who listened to our needs, was patient with our questions and thoroughly reviewed all of the promotions and bed options. He was so great with our kids too! We’d highly recommend this store and working with Matthew specifically - 5-star experience.
