Sleep Number

In-store experience was great. Shannon was extremely helpful and patient. They had some small activities for my son to play with well we tried out all the things. Will not receive the mattress for a little while yet but the store experience overall was great.

Meg at grandville store helped us find the right adjustable frame, mattress, and settings… and within our budget. Pricing and deals matched SN website. We didn’t feel bait and switch or any surprise fees. We felt more comfortable dealing with a human and actually testing beds (instead of online). Meg did not pressure us and was very professional, knowledgeable and fun. She also followed up with us personally. None of the other stores we visited did that. We look forward to our new bed arriving!

The knowledge & kindness was exceptional. The store was clean, organized and comfortable. Shannon, our sales lady, even had empathy for why the bed was needed. It wasn't that our old bed wore out. I have had a couple spinal fusions & going to have a neck surgery in January. So for ergonomics & comfort this mattress (i-8) & adjustable frame is much needed. Thank you for having Shannon on your team.

We had a great experience with Shannon in the Grandville store. She took the time to explain everything to us in very understandable detail. She helped us find our perfect bed. She is very friendly and Sleep number is lucky to have her as an employee

My husband and I needed a new mattress. We had priced regular mattresses at a other store where the salesman talked our ear off and would t let us talk. Meg was fantastic I highly recommend her. She's very knowledgeable, she makes you feel comfortable
