The store staff was very friendly and helpful. Cole is an especially effective representative for your store. He was interested in our preferences, helped us to understand the various product lines, pick out bedding and arrange financing. His approach was very supportive and empathetic, and not pushy at all. He was instrumental in our decision to purchase a bed from you.

I personally feel like Sleep Number is a scam. The mattress itself was not comfortable for us, so we will be returning it for a refund. The problem is that now we are stuck with the adjustable base that cost over $3,000 and only really serves a purpose if you keep a Sleep Number mattress. What is even more frustrating is that you cannot just go buy a normal bed frame or bed surround with a headboard to fit this base because of its measurements and design. We have searched extensively and most standard furniture does not fit it correctly. Unless you have something custom made, you will most likely have to purchase a compatible surround directly from Sleep Number, which can cost around another $4,000. You may get the trial period and be able to return the mattress for almost a full refund, but if you bought the required adjustable base with it, you can end up stuck with an expensive setup that is difficult to use with anything else. We wish we would have never went with a sleep number bed.

Cole has THE BEST customer service ever experienced. He has the greatest patience i have ever seen in customer service. He was able to answer every question we had perfectly. 1000/1000 would recommend going to see Cole at Sleep Number in Eastwood!! Thank you Cole and we will be back to see you!!
